These terms apply to purchases made through batanora-lb.com or confirmed directly with BATANORA.
Products & Use
BATANORA offers cosmetic hair-care products, including shampoo, conditioner, hair mask, serum, hair butter and complete sets. Product sizes and included items are shown on the relevant product pages.
Follow the directions and precautions on the packaging. Products are for external use only. Avoid contact with eyes and discontinue use if irritation occurs. Results vary between individuals. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure medical conditions, and we do not guarantee hair growth.
Prices & Payment
Prices are displayed in US dollars. Delivery charges are separate from product prices and will be included in the total communicated before your order is confirmed.
Cash on delivery is available. Please have the confirmed amount ready when your order arrives.
Promotions apply only to the products and periods specified. Discounts cannot be combined unless expressly stated.
Orders & Availability
Orders are subject to stock availability and confirmation. Please provide your full name, an accurate delivery address and a reachable telephone number.
If an item is unavailable or an error affects your order, we will contact you before proceeding. We will not substitute products or increase the confirmed price without your agreement.
Shipping & Delivery
We deliver within Lebanon, subject to courier coverage.
A $5 delivery fee per order applies. The estimated delivery timeframe will be communicated when your order is confirmed.
Delivery times may vary depending on location, courier availability and public holidays. We will notify you of significant delays.
Changes & Cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel your order. We will try to accommodate requests before dispatch. Once dispatched, changes may no longer be possible, without affecting your statutory rights.
Product Concerns
Due to the personal-care nature of our products, used products cannot be returned for a change of mind, except where required by applicable law.
If you receive a damaged, leaking, defective or incorrect product, contact us promptly with your order details and photographs of the product and packaging. Please retain both while we review the issue and arrange an appropriate solution.
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
